About Me

Hello there :) My name is Egi, and this space is my personal diary — a little corner of the internet where I share my experiences, thoughts, and the lessons I pick up along the way.

Lately, a big part of my journey has been living my Human Design experiment. Human Design is a system that blends ancient and modern wisdom — astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, the chakra system, and even elements of quantum physics — into a map of how our energy is meant to move through the world. It’s been around since 1987, when Ra Uru Hu described receiving the “download” that became the foundation of the system, and ever since then, it has been helping people understand themselves on a deeper level.

As a Projector, learning about my design has been a huge shift — from understanding my energy, to giving myself permission to slow down, to seeing life through a completely different lens. And because this is an experiment, not a fixed rulebook, I’m learning new things about myself every day.

Here, I’ll be sharing what I’m discovering, how I’m applying it in real life, what feels aligned, what challenges me, and how I’m learning to live in a way that honours who I truly am.

Stop Criticising Yourself

People who criticise others (in an unhealthy way) are often the same people who criticise themselves even more. I feel empathy for them, because it must be exhausting to live in such a negative enviorment (mindset) every hour of every day.
The first step to changing your life is to change your inner dialogue. This is one of the key ways we reshape our subconscious mind.

I started doing this a few weeks ago, and slowly but surely, I can feel the changes.

Self-love doesn’t happen in a single day. It grows through small steps, daily practice, and accepting ourselves as we are.

stress and frustration rushed in. an overwhelming wave of emotions. tears in my eyes.

so i stopped.
i took a deep breath.
and in that moment of stillness, i realized something simple - i needed to let go of control. there was nothing i could change about what had already happened.

so i picked myself up and trusted that i could handle whatever came next.

i got on a bus to the nearest city. no phone. no plan. just me.

the thoughts kept coming: where will i stay? how will i find my way?
i’m so used to my phone solving everything. but this time, i had to rely on myself.

and strangely, that gave my power back to me. because deep down i knew — i will find a way, or the way will find me.

this experience reminded me of something important - whatever happens, i’ve got myself.
i can take care of myself.
i am not a victim of circumstances.
i am protected.
i am blessed in every situation.

and the funny part?
before this trip, after a meditation, i pulled a card - let go of control.

life has a beautiful way of teaching the lessons we need. and the card was like a message to my future self.

and in the end — everything worked out. it always does.

a nice hotel, a lovely breakfast and one unexpected extra day just for myself.😏

welcome back to my weekly aha moments when i found human design.
sleeping.

i have always loved sleeping, waking up late. and before i found human design, i thought it was because i lacked discipline to wake up early and start shit. just another thing that was wrong with me.

i used to love napping, honestly all the time. especially if i was planning to go out in the evenings. friday evenings after work always looked like i was preparing for a marathon 😂 — have dinner, organize an outfit, shower, and then nap for at least an hour. now i know why. i had exhausted myself with a full-time workday with people, and by the time i got home, my battery was empty.

at some point, i was even taking naps on my lunch breaks. when the kitchen doors were closed, everyone knew i was napping on the sofa. shout out to my ex-colleagues and manager for accepting this and allowing me to rest so i could finish the second half of the day.

projectors need more rest, and that includes sleep. since i know this now, i am very conscious about how i plan my evenings and weekend mornings. i love sleeping, especially when i can stay longer in bed on weekends. and trust me, 99% of the time, i will never plan anything early on the weekends. the first three hours of my day are just for me. and i never plan anything after 7pm also.🙏

i make sure that one hour before bed is only for winding down. for all my projectors out there — trust me, block the last hour for your night routine. you will thank me later. this is important for our energy.
in that hour, i get ready for bed, do some gua sha massages, read a book, practice breathing exercises, and lie down with my legs up. always slow movements to relax my nervous system.

as projectors are constantly absorbing and magnifying energy during the day, it is very important to decompress before laying down to sleep. by resting before i actually feel exhausted, i allow my energetic body to recalibrate and prepare for restorative sleep.
and the that nap if you feel like it💕

I recently had a discussion with someone about the worthiness wound, and how interesting it is that we are all born worthy of everything we desire. Yet somehow, growing up in different environments, many of us develop this wound.

As we move forward in life, we need to heal that part of ourselves and accept that we are enough as we are. We must let go of the belief that our worthiness depends on achieving something or earning it.
I have been struggling with this for a while. I used to think that I needed to earn it through hard work and acceptance from others.

The only acceptance I truly need is from myself. When I notice this wound coming up, I feel it, hold it with compassion, and remind myself that I am worthy of every heart’s desire. I do not need to prove it.
It’s about letting go of resistance and trusting the process.

I hope this serves as a reminder to both me and you that we are enough — we always have been.

today we celebrate the Divine Feminine.

thirteen is not a number of bad luck.
it has always been sacred.
the number of lunar cycles,
the rhythm of menstrual cycles within a year,

this is a day to reclaim.
a day to remember the creative life force that lives within us.
to soften.
to listen.

welcome to my weekly aha moment when I found human design 👋

the first time I was introduced to human design I had so many aha moments. and the deeper I go the more I understand and accept myself without judgment. the first thing was why I, as a projector, couldn’t keep up with this hustle and productivity. I was punishing myself all my life for not being productive enough, why I felt tired and couldn’t keep up with the world. I thought that there was something wrong with me, since I was a little girl. comparing myself with others all the time, especially family who are all generators and manifestors. when I found HD, I understood that projectors are not meant to be hyper‑productive all the time, more like 3–4 hours per day if we are well rested and not living in survival. I need more time for rest than others. accepting this taught me how to listen to my body and take rests when needed without the guilt. it’s not easy still, as I am working 9–5, wanting to go to the gym and still be able to do my hobbies and have enough sleep, mostly 9 hours at least. 😂 there are days that I feel guilt for wanting to slow down and take time to recover, but I know now and I let myself be who I am. I am a projector, my energy is not like everyone else’s and I need to listen to myself and give myself time when needed. so I can be better version of myself.

I explain it as a blueprint of our souls. this system shows how your energy is meant to move and connect with the world in the best way, and how to live your full potential. the system helps you get to know yourself and your energy. there are 5 energy types, and each moves very differently - manifestors, generators, manifesting generators, projectors and reflectors ✨

we all are like puzzle pieces in this world, perfectly fitted in. for me, human design helped me understand me and gave permission to be who I came to be. to accept myself as I truly am. also to understand more of my purpose here.

where I was for last few months?

short answer inside, wintering.
but honestly universe was asking me to let go of part of me that was not me. pretending. i needed to let go things thats is not me anymore. if I am honest I am still holding on of some parts. just because they have been so close and so truth for me for very long time. but I am here to share it with you my journey.
I am feeling inside thats things are changing. and last couple of months was me going inward, trying to make sense of all of thing which was coming up. questioning a lot. some days even me. the worthiness wound came up. asking to give all the trust to me and universe.
I was there in between the space were I wasn’t the person who I was and not yet the new version of me. I am still in the space.
I realize that I have been hiding because of the fear. fear of being seen. and only way to overcome it is to be brave and listen to my inner voice and become who I supposed to be. so here I am again.
will I make mistakes? of course I will. but I am ready to be brave and show up in the world and show who I am.

hello, I just wanted to introduce myself here.

my name is Egi, I am projector 2/4. I am here because I finally answered the call I had inside of me. to open my heart more and share with the world, to unblock my creativity and let it flow through me.

like all projectors, I love sleeping in, lying in bed on sundays, watching how light travels around the room, and enjoying slow cuddles with my baby cat, whom I adore.

one of my favorite things is taking care of my loved ones, and making breakfast is my specialty. typical cancer :D

traveling (including camping)

dressing up in different themes ( or me making up themes for every occasion :D)
